Orange Jello Salad

 

1 3-ounce package of orange jello

14 marshmallows or 1 ½ cups mini marshmallows

1-cup pineapple juice

6 slices of pineapple cut up

½ pint whipping cream, whipped

½ cup broken pecans

1 cup boiling water

 

Dissolve jello in boiling water. While hot, add marshmallows and keep stirring until melted. Add pineapple juice and let cool, but not congeal. Fold in whipped cream. Place in 2-quart mold and chill.
