Moist Pumpkin Bars

 

1-cup vegetable oil

3 eggs

½ teaspoon salt

2 cups flour

2-teaspoon cinnamon

2 cups pumpkin (16 ounce size)

2-teaspoon baking powder

2 cups sugar

1-teaspoon baking soda

Combine all ingredients in large bowl and blend by hand or mixer. Pour into greased and floured jellyroll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool bars and top with cream cheese frosting.

 

Cream Cheese Frosting

8 - ounce cream cheese

1-teaspoon vanilla

2 ½ cups powdered sugar

7 teaspoon melted margarine

Mix together and spread over cooled bars.
