Lemon Poppy Seed Bread
1 package
lemon cake mix
1
package instant vanilla pudding
1-cup
water
4
eggs
½ cup
oil
3
tablespoons poppy seed
Mix
all together and beat at medium speed for 5 minutes. Bake in 2 large loaf pans
at 350 degrees about 30 to 40 minutes. Glaze with; ½ cup sugar, 3 tablespoons
lemon juice. Mix together and frost with glaze. Store in refrigerator.
