Homemade Noodles
Beat together 4 eggs; add a pinch of salt and 1 tablespoon of milk, beat; Add to egg mixture 2 cups of flour, a little at a time. Take out of bowl and place on floured surface. Divide into 3 equal pieces. Knead until not sticky, adding flour as needed. Place on flour on board again and roll thin; place on floured towels and let dry. Turning once in a while. Roll all 3 dried sheets together and cut into ¼ inch strips, or as wide as you like. Cook in chicken broth till tender, 15 to 20 minutes.
