Creamed Chicken
1 6-¾
ounce can of boned chicken
1-cup
milk
2
tablespoons butter
Cornstarch
or flour to thicken
Salt
and pepper to taste
Heat
ingredients in saucepan over medium-to-medium high heat till boiling. Thicken
with cornstarch or flour.
Serve
over baking powder biscuits, which are in the Breads recipe section.
