Chow Mein Noodle Cookies

 

1 large package butterscotch chips

1 large package chocolate chips

1 can Spanish peanuts (12 ounce)

1 large can chow mein noodles

 

Place peanuts and noodles in large metal pan or bowl. Put in oven heated to 200 degrees, turn off oven, and watch to make sure they don’t scorch. Meanwhile melt chips in double boiler. When melted add to bowl of noodles and peanuts, stir to coat well. Drop by spoonfuls on wax paper. They will keep a long time in a covered container in refrigerator.
